ENGLISH VERSION

Exhibition: “90 Years of Tenerife Fine Art Centre: Reinterpreting the masters: Bonnin, Guezala and Borges”

As a tribute to the first Tenerife Fine Art Center meeting, an organization that now turns 90 years, we pay tribute to their hard work, focusing on the figure of the three masters of Canarian Art that were part of it: Francisco Bonnin Guerin (chairman), Francisco Borges Salas and Pedro de Guezala García. To this end we call all canarian artists and not canarian, to reinterpret their work, using them as inspiration to create new ones, based on their teachings or inheritances; new works that contemplates, a part from your own creativity development, the use of contemporary techniques  and current processes such as Sketching, Graffiti, Photoshop, 3D printing, video creation, etc.

This call becomes a big bet on modern and contemporary art, without excluding the classic one, as the tradition and classicism remained an attractive conversation with the avant-garde and that the contemporary art can not only be actual, but the value production that would be result from the assembly between the old and the new.
